                  The majority of our students come from rural backgrounds, where communication skills often pose a significant challenge. Recognizing this, our institution places special emphasis on helping students develop essential life skills, enhance their communication abilities, and gain practical education that prepares them for real-world challenges and career opportunities. Through a well-structured training and placement support system, we strive to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations.

Key Functions of the Training and Placement Cell

The Cell centrally manages campus placement activities for all students and offers full support to visiting companies at every stage of the placement process. Activities include:

           1. Organizing Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs)

           2. Conducting Written/Aptitude Tests

           3. Facilitating Group Discussions and Interviews

           4. Coordinating On-Campus and Off-Campus Drives

Career Guidance & Placement Training

Career guidance is provided right from first-year of study, aligning with the students’ academic curriculum and evolving industry trends. Placement training broadly includes:

           I)    Company-Specific Training

           II)   Assessment-Based Preparation

           III)  Technical Skill Development

Mock Interview Sessions

Conducted regularly to assess and improve student readiness:
